Exchanges & returns

All sales are final & goods sold cannot be exchanged or refunded. Our merchandise is carefully examined for defects before shipping out. Purchases can be exchanged only if they arrive damaged. In the event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us at bo.janggo@gmail.com within 3 days after having received your items. We will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return the item in its unused & original condition. In the event that the purchase you wish to return is out of stock, you can exchange it for another item of a similar or higher value and need only top up the difference. Delivery shall be free of charge in the event of an exchange. Exchanges can be made only once with every transaction.
