5. All items are checked before sending them to you. If there are any problem with our products, please email us within 2 days upon receipt. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item. Exchange will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
6. For exchange, the items are to be returned to us if the tags haven’t been cut, they haven’t been worn, washed or tried on and they don’t fit well . Customer is liable for the shipping cost of returns.
7. Customers have to exchange for items which is of same value as their purchased items. We regret that no cash refund is granted.
8. We are not liable for any loss in mail. Registered mail is STRONGLY encouraged.
